  • What is the difference between Taiwanese pain de mie and French pain de mie?
    As the name of "pain de mie", it has to include a very thin crust and the white, fluffy loaf inside. As in Taiwan, the baking process for the pain de mie is different. We use certain technique in order to make the pain de mie not just white and fluffy, but event more silky, soft and wonderful. The combination of butter and flour not just increase the flavor in pain de mie, but create the perfect structure inside the bread. So when you slice it open, the air bucket is so small and uniformly distribute that they are barely visible. It is an ideal sandwich bread and the perfect product for breakfast.
  • How long can I keep the KOOC TOAST bread?
    Thanks to the technique we are using to creat our bread, the moistureness is kept in the bread very well and can prolong the conserving time more than other traditional white bread. Wrap the bread in the plastic bag (or any kind of container which can avoid the moisture going out) and store at room temperature. All our toast can be store in room temperature for 5-7 days. And 1 month in freezer. To conserve the delice (venoisserie taiwanais), store in room temperature for not more than 3 days. or in freezer for 1 month.
  • How to heat up the bread
    When you take out the bread from the freezer, first let it come back to room temperature, then heat it up in the oven for 5 mins (for the Delices) or 10 mins (for the toast) in oven of 150 degree

    For clietns in Nice, we have the delivery service by Delicity. You can directly order, pay and being delivered by them. For clietns outside of Nice, it is possible to do the Chronofresh delivery with minimum 100€ order. Part of the delivery fee will be charged to you.
